1- Ordering
- When placing an order, whether selected from our lists, or your   personal desiderata, please state the following information:

title, author, publisher (if available), edition.

- Orders are confirmed by notification, by invoice or by proforma invoice.

2- Binding
- This is an optional service.
- We provide binding for books and periodicals with solid thread   stitched.  Half Leather as well as hard cover binding.

3- Shipping:
- Books and periodicals are shipped by registered surface mail, air mail   or by freight.
- We use the surface airlifted mail (SAL) that guarantees the speedy   delivery of books and periodicals to its final destination worldwide.
- Our special packing system guarantees the receipt of books and   periodicals in an excellent condition.

4- Invoicing:
- Our invoices could be either in US Dollars, Euro, or Pounds Sterling.
- All prices are exclusive of postage and binding. The postage charges   and the binding will be mentioned as two separate items.

5- Claiming:
We always respond to claims in timely fashion until the claim transaction is completed.
